BASIC SUPPORT SERVICES

Respite Care
Short-term care provided to give relief or coverage during the absence of a family member or primary caregiver.
Night Supervision

Provides overnight assistance and monitoring by staff in the person’s own home.

Individualized Home Supports (Without Training)

Support, assistance, and supervision for adults or children in their own home or family home—covering community participation, health and safety, household management, and adaptive skills.

Homemaker
Support ranges from light household cleaning to assistance with home management tasks and activities of daily living.
Companion Services
Non-medical care, supervision, and social support for individuals age 18 and older.
24-Hour Emergency Assistance
On-call counseling, problem-solving, and immediate response in the home during health or personal emergencies.
Individual Community Living Supports (ILCS)
Support for individuals who need reminders, cues, intermittent or moderate supervision, or physical assistance to safely remain in their homes.

INTENSIVE SUPPORT SERVICES

Individualized Home Supports (With Training)
Support and habilitation training at home in areas such as health, safety, daily living, and community participation.
Individualized Home Supports (With Family Training)
Training and support for individuals and families at home in community living service areas.
